in Zhenhai District of Ningbo, at the bank of the East
China Sea and close to Ningbo-Zhenhai Highway. It is an
enterprise specializing in hydraulic pressure components.

The factory occupies ground area 6000 square meters, building
area 2500 square meters.
Our dominant products include high-precision
throttle valve, GLC series baffled oil cooler, and LXC
series spiral oil cooler, which all have passed the spot
inspection by Provincial Technique Supervision Bureau.
The products win such titles as “Excellent technological
products in Zhejiang Province”, “Up to grade product of
the country”, and “Excellent and safe hydraulic pressure
components in Zhejiang market”, etc. Our plant is appraised
as “AA-credit enterprise” continuously seven years.
The high-precision throttle valve
is the patent product independently designed and developed
by our plant. The valve body is completely die forged,
which has high pressure level (max. 42MPa), small bulk,
graceful shape, convenient and precise adjustment. The
valve can also be adjusted when it is load, and can be
used as check valve when it is entirely shut. At the moment,
the professional production of this valve includes pipe
and panel types. Its applications lie in plastic machinery,
shoe-making machinery, metallurgical machinery and other
hydraulic pressure systems.
Coolers are broadly used in the
hydraulic pressure system and low viscosity lubricating
system of plastic machinery, light industry, chemical
industry, electric, metallurgic and mine, etc. to cool
the working oil to required temperature. GLC serial cooler
uses the floating head, which can prevent the structural
failure caused by thermal expansion. The heat exchange
pipe is red copper finned pipe, with new structure, small
bulk, light weight, and good heat exchange effect. The
cooling core can be drawn out from the casing for inspection,
cleaning and maintenance. LXC serial cooler uses the spiral
guide plate to lead the oil to continuously flow in the
spiral and even type. This kind of structure has high
heat exchange effect and low pressure loss, and gets over
the heat exchange dead angle caused by traditional baffling.
Subjected to pressure inspection of 2.5~3MPa and impact
text of 400,000 times, the oil cooler produced by our
plant occur no leakage. The surface of all the parts,
especially the inner surface of casing, has been anticorrosive
treated, which assures the cleanness of products, prevents
rust contamination to oil, and assures the normal operation
of system.
